Donation Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Donations
WINTEG Foundation welcomes voluntary contributions from individuals, organisations, and institutions that share our commitment to education, talent development, empowerment, community wellbeing, and sustainable social impact.
All donations are subject to acceptance by the Foundation. WINTEG Foundation reserves the right to decline or return any contribution that conflicts with its mission, ethical standards, operational policies, or applicable laws.
2. Use of Donations
Donations received by WINTEG Foundation shall be used to support its charitable objectives, programmes, community outreach activities, and reasonable operational expenses necessary to fulfil its mission.
Where a donation is designated for a specific cause or campaign, the Foundation will make reasonable efforts to apply the contribution toward that stated purpose.
If circumstances prevent the intended programme from proceeding, the Foundation will communicate with affected donors, where reasonably practicable, to determine an appropriate alternative use or refund, subject to applicable requirements.
3. Voluntary Contributions
All donations are made voluntarily and without expectation of financial returns, personal benefits, or preferential treatment.
Donors are encouraged to contribute responsibly and ensure that their donations do not compromise their personal or financial obligations.
4. Donation Methods and Payment Security
WINTEG Foundation may receive donations through approved online payment platforms, direct bank transfers, and other officially authorised channels.
Online payments may be processed by independent payment service providers under their respective terms and security policies.
Donors are advised to verify official payment details before transferring funds. WINTEG Foundation will never request donors' banking passwords, card PINs, or one-time passwords.
5. Donation Refunds
Donations are generally intended as final charitable contributions. However, requests for refunds arising from duplicate payments, incorrect transactions, unauthorised payments, or other legitimate circumstances will be reviewed individually.
Refund requests should be submitted to info@wintegfoundation.org, together with relevant transaction details.
Where a refund is approved, processing will be subject to payment-provider procedures, applicable laws, and the status of the funds.
6. Transparency and Accountability
WINTEG Foundation is committed to responsible financial management, transparency, and accountability in its fundraising activities.
The Foundation shall maintain appropriate records of donations received and their utilisation in accordance with applicable laws and organisational policies.
Donors may request confirmation of their contributions through the Foundation's official communication channels.

Donors who require clarification about the tax treatment of their contributions are encouraged to seek advice from qualified professionals.
No representation is made that a donation qualifies for a tax deduction or other benefit unless such treatment is expressly supported by applicable law.
