At WINTEG Foundation, we believe every child and young person deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Yet financial, social, and educational barriers often stand in the way.
Through education, community outreach, talent development, mentorship, and empowerment, we work to bridge these gaps and create pathways towards brighter, more sustainable futures for individuals and communities.

WINTEG Foundation was born from a conviction that talent and potential exist everywhere, even where opportunity does not.
During one of our community outreaches, we encountered a young boy who had created a miniature airplane from clay despite having little access to formal educational opportunities.
The model could move along the ground but could not fly.
For us, that moment represented something much bigger.
It demonstrated what can happen when natural ability exists without access to the knowledge, training, resources, and opportunities needed to develop it fully.
We realised that there are countless children like him whose abilities may never be discovered simply because of the circumstances into which they were born.
WINTEG Foundation exists to help change that story.
We are committed to identifying potential, creating access to opportunity, and helping children and young people develop the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to build meaningful futures.

WINTEG Foundation was founded on a simple but powerful belief: potential exists everywhere, but opportunity does not.
Driven by a passion for children, education, empowerment, and community development, Winnie Omojo Okoh established WINTEG Foundation to create meaningful opportunities for individuals whose abilities and aspirations may otherwise remain limited by circumstance.
Her vision is to build a platform that goes beyond temporary assistance by helping children and young people discover their potential, gain access to learning and development opportunities, and receive the support needed to build stronger futures.
Through educational outreach, talent discovery, mentorship, empowerment initiatives, and community-based interventions, she continues to champion a model of impact built around dignity, opportunity, and sustainable change.
